I mean It is sad about missing out on things, but thats kinda also what makes events in any MMO special. the limited time. I am not over active in the game but I have gotten 4 maple leaves (averaging 30 spins per character) and made it around the board 72 times by now. Getting the 50 is very achievable for anyone that really wanted to focus it IMO
I agree with fairfight on world bosses for a numerous amount of reasons. game longevity.. play for new characters/players etc. I also think fair fight could be enforced on party que, because that way queing noobs cant be carried as easily, BUT for the party finder people should have an option to turn it off(for a dungeon) if all of them have cleared the fight once. This just makes sense because that way if everyone has a clear the game knows they've beaten the content and are their to farmand enjoy themselves. A few other MMOs i've played implement something like this.
In short. Fair Fight on World bosses, dungeon Ques.
Fair fight OFF for premade parties where all members have a clear under their belt already.
then wouldnt they just kick you at the threshhold
Well likely yes, but there's a chance they'd miss the threshold, and regardless getting kicked earlier does take away some of the pain and wasted time.
however I'm also willing to bet some of the jerks that kick at 5% do so because they are soliciting and using you for your dps up till that point. so they will be less likely to kick cause they will have to finish a larger portion of the fight on their own.
