    The complexity is not high, but the group of people asking for this is really small, most people just accepted after their third try talking to nexon in tickets asking for help, since only SA players that played in beta and early MS2 tried to create FB and Google accounts, and we are the only ones complaning, this wont get done sooner, I tried my best to ask for help and if it would be addressed anytime soon, but all I got was, this isnt possible at the moment. Hope Nexon will listen players before they quit. Im still waiting to put some merrets, now its just too expensive for us to literally pay 100% more.

    Estou a espera tambem amigo, ja mandei tickets e a unica resposta que recebi foi que nao e possivel fazer, mas eu mandei um tweet para o Jungsoo Lee e ele disse que eles sabem do problema e estao pensando em algum jeito de resolver, so nao e o foco deles agora e nem tem tempo estimado para a mudanca, espero q eles tentem arrumar isso logo!

    Same here! I made my account to play on CBT and even support the game with a Legendary Founder Pack. I contacted Customer Support today asking for this and they answered that they can't transfer data from a FB account to a Steam account nor provide me an alternative method for a non-steam LATAM player. I even explained that I created my account since CBT, long before they announce that MS2 was coming to steam. And nothing...

    I will not support the game anymore purchasing merets until they fix this. It's completely unfair and even an insult to loyal players who just made their account with Facebook or Google (one of their methods to create an account in the first place).

    They should have, at least, a method to export your data from a FB/Google acc to a Steam account contacting CS via ticket.

    I've contacted them and asked if I can either have my account bound to Steam or become a "regular login" account, they basically said "just create another account LUL". We're being forced to give up a whole month's progress (including a whole lot of progression events that happened within this period) and previous purchases so we can pay the same as everyone else for the same product, all because they never warned us of the issues with Google/Facebook login and what could possibly happen with those accounts - at least, I can't recall anything like that.

    Also, their solution to this was terrible. They should've lowered the blue merets costs in-game or increase the amount when you exchange NX for merets, so it wouldn't matter whether you got NX from Nexon or Steam.

    I have Founders pack, more than 300 hours of gameplay, 3 full geared Characters and I'm supposed to leave all that behind? Lul

    Same here man, got in touch with support, all they said they cant transfer, its not like they can just let us link our accounts to a new email and use that on steam or just let us make a nexon login/password on our facebook accounts. Its so simple that hurts
