Madrakan’s Heart is a dungeon that is ran for level 60 epic weapon drops and the red lapenshard. It is doable with +10 elite adventurer weapon; however, do expect it to take some time and effort if everyone is using the elite adventurer weapon. For this dungeon, a priest is recommended but not required.
Prerequisites for this dungeon are:

Crush the Gates trophy is obtained from clearing Madrakan’s Rampart.
Part 1 - The dash to the ladder
After entering the dungeon, run to the gates to the right and pull the lever.

Run past the mobs and get to tire. Use the tire to swing across the gaps twice to reach the ladder:

Climb up the ladder to reach floor 2.

Part 2 - Mobs and Traps
Mobs will spawn out of the three gates and using the traps (areas affected by the trap is in orange with each level triggering the closest trap to the right of it) at appropriate times you can thin the mobs significantly otherwise it will be very difficult to clear all the mobs. One method of using the traps would be to have 1 person to lure them (by drawing their aggro) into the area while another appropriately drops the trap on them.

This is where I would HS on my priest alt if the team is not very strong to clear the mobs as fast as possible to decrease the chance of casualties if we did not thin the mobs significantly. More than likely you will get your HS back in the middle of the boss fight if you actually need to HS here.

Part 3 - Pick a door
After clearing the mobs, the gate will open and you will proceed into the area with 4 interactive objects.

The curtains to the left.

The gates at the top of the stairs.

The door to the right.

The lever to the right of the door (not sure why this exists).
The lever creates a ladder from where you were fighting the mob to the door.
It is recommended to have 1 person open each other than the lever at the same time to speed up the progress. One of the three will open and allow you to progress to the next part. You can check the chat which one is the correct one. The curtain opens a way to the balcony, the gate opens a path to the top, and the door opens another room.

Part 4a- Balcony
Follow the arrows on the wall and climb up to the second balcony.

Here you need to have 1 person grab the bombs and throw at the wall to the right.
NOTE: The wall will respawn after a while so just throw another bomb at it if you get there after wall respawns.

Then climb the walls to the top where you will be faced with mobs that needs to be cleared for the lever to be active.

Once pulled, the ladder will appear climb it and run right to the end.
This way it gathers up the mob along the way for you to clear. Again kill the mobs for the lever and climb up the ladder once you pulled the lever.

Part 4b- Room
Once in the room, you will be greeted with interactive objects that will let you access the next room.

  • If you climbed up the ladder found behind objects 1 or 2 in the picture above, run right and grab a bomb to throw at the right wall. Then run to the door on the right (go to 4b*). NOTE: The wall will respawn after a while so just throw another bomb at it if you get there after wall respawns.

  • In the next room, mobs will spawn but you can ignore them and interact with the crates for a ladder to the higher floor. NOTE: If the crate hiding the ladder is on the right, on the next floor do not close the gate or you will trap anyone who haven’t climb or died to mobs with mobs that you will have likely left alive.

Climbed up the ladder found and run down to the door. Note: If someone did pull the gate closed and you are stuck behind the gates, there is a lever in the back to raise the gates again. However, it is extremely difficult to pull while the mobs are still alive. So kill the mobs then pull the lever to free yourself.
(4b*) Here at the door, interact with the object next to the door to open.
Head into the throne room. Here in the throne room, kill all the mobs for the throne to appear. Interact with the throne to open up the portal to the boss.

Part 4c- To the top
Again you will be greeted with mobs, but you can skip them. Interact with the lever to create ladder to the next part.

Here you need to choose between skipping or clearing mobs. NOTE: Skipping is unreliable as if one person miss they will have to clear the mob to interact with the tires. Communication is key. I recommend clearing as it’s more reliable since most of the time at least one person will miss the tire express.

Interact with the tires to create a tire that will carry you across if you hang onto them.
Another set of skippable mobs, clear the mobs (or don’t) then interact with the lever will create a rope to the next part.
c1cf1b5455.png
Atop the rope you will find mobs that will spawn. Clear these mobs to interact with the lever to reach the boss.

Part 5 - Deimos and Phobos
NOTE: The timer is not a clear timer. It is an enrage timer. Also you must be in this map to collect rewards. (I have not tested this out, but it occurred to other people in my party before)
c1cf1b5455.png

Short form: Kill the bosses.

Long form:
There are a couple ways to fighting the boss. (Not sure which is the default so communicate with your teammates if necessary.)
One is group them up to damage both at the same time (this is a chaotic way to do this fight as you need to dodge skills from both the bosses at the same time).
Two is to split the group 2-2 and have each group kills a boss on one end of the platform so you can focus on dodging one boss at a time.
Third is to have one person to aggro one and keep it in a corner while dodging everything (stand on the edge of the platform to have him perform skills straight on the edge then dodge, then repeat keeping him in a small area). You want to do this with Deimos as his stun is shorter so easier to deal with after enraged but either one works. There will be additional mobs spawning during the fight, but they are easily killed (no idea what they do since they generally just die as soon as they spawn to AOE).
Last one to focus one boss while ignoring the other one. This method will ensure the not aggroed boss to use ranged moves (electric ball for Phobos and scream for Deimos is most common in my runs).

If you do not kill the boss within the timer or kill one of the bosses, the remaining bosses will enrage. They will do more damage and take less damage. They will start the next section of the fight with a scream that heavily damages or kills everyone. (It is circular aoe from the boss with max range being just shy of the diagonal of the arena. This means if the boss is in top left corner and you are in the bottom right corner, you can narrowly avoid it.) If you can reliably dodge the boss attacks, it does not matter if they are enraged or normal form.

Shared Skill set -
Double forward slash - he slashes forward twice. Easy dodge to the side. If you get hit, it causes bleed debuff.
Scream - It screams and damages everyone in a cone shape zone in front of him. Can be dodged once you have a read on his pre-scream animations.
Jump slam - It will jump and slam the ground, damaging everyone in the area that he lands. Fairly easily to dodge as his destination is determined once he leaves the ground. If they hit the other boss with this, they will stun the one hit by it.
Fly - They fly up and spam slam or electric balls.

Phobos skill set -
Electric balls - he will shoot three balls toward people that creates an electric field once landed. After a short delay the field will explode for damage. Easy to dodge. It looks like this on the ground:
8e75f46650.png
Ice bombs - He will target 2 individual with ice bombs. These will explode after 5 seconds and will freeze you (and everyone near you) for 6 seconds. So when these are about to explode run away from the boss and your allies (as far as possible). I recommend 2 second left on timer on bottom right to start running. You will likely die if you get stunned onto of an electric field or close to a boss that is targeting you. Can be dodged if you get behind the boss before he finish his flip but unreliable as not all classes can do this. Also the usage of safe-riding would make any follow up attacks from bosses easily dodge-able. You can see the timer on your debuff bar

Deimos skill set-
Fire bomb - He will target 2 individual with fire bombs. These will explode after 5 seconds and will stun you (and everyone near you) for 2 seconds (as far as possible). So when these are about to explode run away from the boss and your allies.

Note: The bombs will overwrite each other.

Both types of bombs also shows this indicator around your character. When it makes complete circle the bomb will blow up.

Part 6 - Congratulation you beat the boss
Collect your reward, exit through the portal, and start again if you need more runs.

I think the image used at the beginning of the part 5 is the wrong one, you might need to fix it!
